Description
High quality solder paste Thermopasty Easy print Sn62, Pb36, Ag2 with 1.4ml Rel. Designed to weld SMD components to production processes. It is based on an “unclean” flow type, which does not require cleaning and its residues do not cause corrosion. The product co-operates with all lead alloys, shows good adhesion and wettability of the welding surface. It does not lose its physical and chemical properties even if it remains for 20 hours in the welding process.
